Membership at the Ontario Racquet Club is a prerequisite for accessing the ORC FIT app. For further information regarding membership, please consult the membership department.

The ORC FIT app serves as a valuable tool for club members looking to enhance their fitness journey. This comprehensive platform offers a range of features designed to support an active lifestyle, including:

<ul>
 <li>Tracking daily fitness activities</li>
 <li>Monitoring weight and various body metrics</li>
 <li>Access to over 2000 exercises and activities</li>
 <li>Instruction through clear 3D exercise demonstrations</li>
 <li>Engagement in preset workouts with customization options</li>
 <li>Opportunities to earn over 150 achievement badges</li>
</ul>

Members can select workouts online and synchronize them with the app, providing flexibility for home or gym workouts while effectively tracking progress. With guidance akin to that of a personal trainer, the app encourages motivation across a spectrum of activities from strength training to weightlifting.

Additionally, members can visit ontarioracquet.virtuagym.com for supplemental resources, including a personal fitness profile, nutrition plans, and goal-setting tools.

The app is compatible with Apple Health. By enabling this connection, any workout logged within the Health app will automatically transfer to your Activity Calendar.
